Golden leaves, crisp autumn air, and a whole lot of love—Alex and Mark’s fall wedding at Penn Oaks Golf Club in West Chester, PA, was the perfect celebration of their story. As a wedding photographer, capturing these two on such a gorgeous October day was a dream come true. From emotional first looks to golden-hour portraits, every moment was full of warmth, joy, and timeless elegance.

Getting Ready Moments at Penn Oaks

Alex and her bridesmaids got ready in the bridal suite at Penn Oaks, surrounded by laughter, mimosas, and cozy fall vibes. Her lace gown hung perfectly against the backdrop of soft autumn light, and her details—rust-toned florals, classic heels, and heirloom jewelry—set the tone for the day. Mark and his groomsmen shared a laid-back morning in the groom’s lounge, where anticipation (and a few happy tears) filled the room.

A Heartfelt First Look

One of the most unforgettable moments was Alex and Mark’s first look on the grounds of the golf club. With fall foliage peeking through the trees, they shared an emotional and private moment before the ceremony. The ceremony took place outdoors on the lush greens of Penn Oaks Golf Club. The aisle was lined with seasonal florals in rich oranges, burgundies, and soft creams. As Alex walked down the aisle, the late afternoon sun cast a golden glow on everything around them. Surrounded by friends and family, they exchanged vows with smiles, tears, and so much love.

Their first dance was followed by heartfelt toasts, an epic dance party, and a cake that looked (and tasted) amazing. Every detail—from the twinkle lights to the signature cocktails—was thoughtful and full of personality.
